Transforming Business Success Through Founder Psychology
In this episode I outline the philosophy and approach of 'Scale with Psychology', my company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs scale their businesses by optimizing their psychology.
I emphasizes the importance of congruence between a founder's life and their business, illustrating how misalignment often leads to self-sabotage and prevents growth.
This unique methodology focuses on internal transformation by addressing the psychological constructs, belief systems, and subconscious patterns that influence business decisions.
External factors like team quality, funding, and market potential are always secondary to the founder's psychology.
In the Scale with Psychology Accelerator program, founders can expect personalized guidance to identify and overcome psychological barriers, design efficient business strategies, and achieve exponential growth while improving their quality of life, relationships, and health.
Success, self worth and sabotage (live coaching session)
This segment goes deep into the experience of seeing through the illusion of low self-worth and the underlying we have to feel safe.
If you find yourself holding yourself back, this is going to help you see yourself and your challenges in a completely new way.
I talk about:
The one I consistently hear from entrepreneurs is their desire to feel more control in the business.
It’s extremely vulnerable to feel like you lack a fundamental sense of agency in influencing outcomes.
But this lack of control is the not the problem.
It’s the symptom of a deeper problem.
That deeper problem is unmitigated entropy.
Entropy is a fact of life.
No system is immune to it.
Not your business, life, mind, relationships, body…
…nothing.
Unmanaged, systems deteriorate into chaos.
And chaos is extremely hard to scale.
(Not to mention, energetically expensive)
Most entrepreneurs unintentionally build a high entropy business.
It’s a recipe for constant overwhelm and underwhelming results.
This clip is from a deeper conversation with a client who knows his business is capable of more.
By intentionally minimizing entropy, he will be able to scale further, faster, with significantly less stress and effort.
This is one of the ways the Scale with Psychology Accelerator helps founders scale with their mind, not with their time.
Covered in this 5 min clip:
Please share any insights this sparks :)
Scaling exponentially requires balancing paradoxes.
The larger the gap between the present and desired future, the more it will require us to hold a supreme amount of tension.
Our ability to hold this tension is always limited by our nervous system capacity, and the psychological operating system running the show.
We have to want it, while simultaneously being totally ok with not having it.
We have to balance the pursuit of an incredible future with grounded presence in the current circumstances.
This requires a specific architecture.
Both in terms of the business and the founder's psychology.
There is an art and a science.
But for the entrepreneurs who want to have it all - fun, freedom and finding out what they are made of...
It's the only game in town.
(clip is from a session with a founder in the Scale with Psychology accelerator, we're architecting his path to $50M)

In a world where authenticity in business can seem like a lost art, Virgil breaks down the surprising link between staying true to oneself and creating massive financial outcomes.
