World leaders have signed a document on a ceasefire deal for Gaza at a peace summit in Egypt overnight.  

US President Donald Trump says the signing is a significant moment for the Middle East. 

Meanwhile, humanitarian aid has begun to trickle into Gaza as part of the ceasefire, with dozens of trucks arriving in the past couple of days.
