Tyler Baglini, 32, walked into a Massachusetts hospital on Sept. 20, 2024, holding a bloody knife and claiming a serial killer had stabbed his girlfriend, Kerri Fidalgo. Police later found Fidalgo stabbed 14 times, but there was no serial killer. Baglini himself committed the murder. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and has been sentenced.

A Nebraska teacher and her boyfriend face charges after allegedly sex trafficking a 16-year-old female student.
