Dia duit! Welcome to this week's episode on St. Patty where we uncover why this man is the unlikely patron saint of Ireland. We also discuss one of the most brutal murders in Ireland's history. We're Scissor Girls, we're Scissor Sisters.

A tale as old as time?! Yep. This week we discuss the inspiration behind Beauty and the Beast, and it dates BACK. Some would say that Belle suffered from a touch of Stockholm syndrome, a psychological condition shared by the victim of our true crime story. What do YOU think? Listen to find out.

.Happy Valentine's Day!  It wouldn't be V-Day if we didn't do a Cupid episode. We're sure that most people know him as The God of Love, but things get a little more creepy than that (of course they do). We discuss the story of Cupid and Psyche, a tale that would inspire many legends and fairy tales to come. Like, A LOT of them. It also inspired our true crime story for today which involves a husband killing his wife as a Valentine's Day gift for his mistress. Guess what, Nathan Leuthold? No more chocolates or freedom for you. Bye!

This week we unravel the obnoxiously absurd tale of Pinocchio. Who knew the famous wooden puppet was such a punk? And if there's anything we've learned from our research, it's that reformatory schools are no place for children. Especially not Florida's Arthur G. Dozier School For Boys.

Happy New Year! We couldn't make it through the winter without covering Frozen.  Listen in to discover the inspiration behind this Disney favorite and how she may be related to the goddess of the underworld. Who knew? Our true crime story for this week is also very cold, but in a terrifying, keep you up all night kind of way. So if you're into that kind of thing, stick around.

Happy Holidays, scary people. We decided to kick off December with a true classic, Hansel and Gretel. The story is creepy enough, right? Well, just you wait, because the history that inspired this story is what nightmares are made of.  So sit down, make a gingerbread house, and enjoy the ride.
