On Good Friday, we gather in solemn reflection to remember the day Christ bore the sins of the world. The cross was not a defeat—it was the fulfillment of God's redemptive plan. In Jesus' final words, “It is finished,” we find the depth of divine love poured out for us. This is the heart of our faith: Christ crucified for the forgiveness of sins.
Journey with us through Scripture, song, and reverence as we behold the Lamb of God, lifted up for the life of the world. Though this day is filled with sorrow, we do not grieve as those without hope. The cross leads to the empty tomb.
📌 Key Takeaways
• Reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ
• Hear the Passion narrative and contemplate its meaning
• Worship in reverence, silence, and awe
• Prepare your heart for the joy of Easter

In a moment that changed everything, the crowd shouted “Hosanna!”—but were their hearts aligned with their words? This Palm Sunday, we reflect on the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and wrestle with a timeless tension: Are we truly welcoming the King of Kings—or merely going through the motions?
Pastor Adam leads us through John 12:12–19, unpacking what genuine praise looks like, how hypocrisy can take root even in worship, and what Jesus’ journey into Jerusalem reveals about His unwavering love for sinners. As we enter Holy Week, this message invites us to lay down our masks, lift up our voices, and follow our Savior in truth.
🎯 Key Takeaways
Why the crowd’s “Hosanna” may not have meant what it seemed.
The difference between emotional excitement and spiritual conviction.
Jesus enters the city not for applause—but for the cross.
How we can respond with authentic faith in a world full of facades.

📖 Sermon Title: Broken On the Stone
📅 Date: April 3–6, 2025

🪨 “Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces...”
In this powerful parable from Luke’s Gospel, Jesus tells the story of the wicked tenants—a story that strikes a nerve with the religious leaders of His day and continues to confront us today.
Have you ever shattered something fragile and watched it scatter in pieces? God's Word confronts us in much the same way. It breaks our pride, our excuses, our sin. But it also does something miraculous—it puts us back together again, not with the old fragments of guilt and shame, but in the healing power of Christ’s forgiveness.
🔔 Pastor Kyle Backhaus explores this profound truth: when we fall upon the Cornerstone—Jesus Christ—we are broken, not to be discarded, but to be made whole.
In a world that often wants Jesus silenced, His Word remains the great leveler... and the only true source of restoration.
📌 Key Takeaways:
Jesus' parable draws from Isaiah’s Song of the Vineyard, illustrating God’s relentless love and righteous judgment.
The Word of God breaks what is sinful in us, but through Christ, we are restored—not condemned.
Just like the tenants, we must ask: How will we respond to the Son when He comes to us?
In Christ, being broken is not the end—it is the beginning of healing.
