When you go hella far up interstate 80 you start seeing hella tree's  only tree's!. Eventually you run into a place called "the biggest little city on earf" ( yes I know that's not how you spell Earth!) . Reno has a Graffiti scene just like every other city  small or big SCAWT is one of the Graffiti writers in Reno keeping our Coulter alive . This is his story in his own words!
