Today I discuss the process of scenario thinking with Ursula Eysin. Ursula is a creative strategist and has worked with many high level organizations including governments like Austrian Defense ministry and Kenyan government. Though her current focus is helping entrepreneurs, start-uppers, and ministries to turn uncertainty into a competitive advantage using the scenario thinking method and her consultancy company, Red Swam.
