Perhaps you’re a fan of cosplay - or gaming - or comics - or all of the above. You’ll find those genres - along with anime, sci-fi, fantasy, horror and more - at this year’s Con Nooga.

“The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” makes its way to Chattanooga Theatre Centre. The adaptation of the timeless tale by C.S. Lewis - presented by CTC’s Youth Theatre - opens tomorrow night and runs through March 1st.

Tonight on this campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, the story of Nathan Bedford Forrest before the Civil War. Timothy Huebner - a history professor at Rhodes College in Memphis - will tell that story about the Confederate General, who was born here in Tennessee.

On Friday night, Chambliss Center For Children here in Chattanooga hosts its annual Mardi Gras Gala - this time at a new venue, Stratton Hall - starting at 7 PM.

Tomorrow night, Yellow Dragon Productions here in Chattanooga presents the premiere of “Knight Court: The Enchanted Forest” - at St. Luke United Methodist Church, starting at 7:30 PM.

Fuze Trio is a cutting-edge chamber music ensemble whose members are faculty here on the UTC campus: Ronda Benson Ford plays the flute, Erika Schafer plays the trumpet - and Jenny Parker plays the piano.

Tomorrow night, a presentation here in Chattanooga looks back at a case that rocked this city, four decades ago. In 1980, four black women were hit with birdshot fired from a moving car outside a nightclub on what was then Ninth St. - “The Big 9” - and now, Martin Luther King Boulevard. A fifth woman was injured by flying glass. All of the women lived.
