Tomorrow, the Mocs and the Volunteers will play in Knoxville - and write a new chapter in their football rivalry of more than a century. The future of what are called “smart cities” is already here - at least in the testing stage. This weekend, a celebration of mental health takes place at Chattanooga’s Highland Park Commons.
