Alan Shuptrine is an acclaimed watercolor artist and master craftsman. His gallery is on Broad Street in downtown Chattanooga - and thanks to a grant from ArtsBuild, he is teaching the art of watercolor painting through Zoom from his home studio on Lookout Mountain to students here in Hamilton County.
