Everyone is talking about co-living.  Community driven housing designed for various demographics around the world.  But the dreamer-of-dreams found their way into their hometown of Medellin, Colombia to build a creator studio for digital nomads, independent freelancers and creators of all types.  Targeting the millennials, this colourful Willy Wonka loft building stands on it's own two-feet as one of the most exciting, interactive and creative spaces we have found.  I interview CEO and co-founder, Camilo Olarte on it's design, concept and intentions around this ingenious space, that we cannot wait to experience ourselves.
