    Recently, another Millennial, entrepreneurial SSP listener (and past TDZ guest) named Alex Bell (aka Yung Alexx) connected Yung Nick with TDZ co-host Andrew for advice on a new business venture...hemp farming.
    "What's hemp?" Andrew asked.
    However, Andrew does understand how to effectively use other people's money and create win-win situations; in just the last year he quickly built a successful real estate/AirBnB enterprise.
    And Nick currently needs outside investment.
