Lennar (LEN) shares are on the move after 2Q earnings beat Wall Street estimates. First Solar (FSLR) and other solar energy companies are under pressure as the U.S. Senate proposes phasing out tax credits by 2028. And, T-Mobile (TMUS) falls after Softbank sells a significant stake in the mobile carrier. Tom White has the latest.

"We are in very unsettled times," says Ted Weisberg, urging investors to stay nimble amid volatility. He still sees investors pushing markets higher with a "sniff of any good news." Ted continues to list Meta Platforms (META) and Oracle (ORCL) as top holdings but believes Nvidia (NVDA) could be added to the list. He also expects defense and airlines stocks to maintain rallies into the back half of the year.
