Dr. Anthony Fauci is being accused by congressional investigators of having prompted scientists to write off the possibility of a lab-leak origin of COVID-19, leading to the report, “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” which was then used by news outlets and social media companies to accuse others of spreading false information when the lab leak theory was raised.

Meanwhile, with news that the FBI and Department of Energy (DOE) both assess that a lab leak is the most likely origin of COVID-19, there are renewed calls for investigations into the virus origin. And with this, there are new calls to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable.
