Well, he did it. As expected -- maybe earlier than expected -- Elon Musk has made a bid to buy Twitter outright. It's a hostile takeover at this point, and of course Twitter is blowing up this morning.  Is Elon Musk a free speech hero? Or is Elon Musk is a Bond villain on the make?
