1. Don't allow your feelings to dictate how much you are willing to do or not do. We give our feelings way to much power. You are creating habits and a routine that will help you continue on even when you don't feel like it.
2. Remove Temptations: Create an environment that allows you to make progress towards your goals.
3. Start small and Forgive yourself. Begin with small changes and build upon them. If you go back to old behaviors, acknowledge it and immediately correct your behavior.
