Mr Shoes & Kanalkanut, known off trail as Scott & Aidan Durkin, did some deep father / son bonding during their 2017 thru hike of the AT. The perfect culmination of a multi-subject homeschooling project. Oh by the way, Aidan was 14 at the time! Logistical support provided by Moneypenny, aka Mom, back at home in England.
