Scottsdale Bible Church Sermon Video

This message will introduce Thomas Cole and the Voyage of Life paintings. Using biographical material from Cole's own life, as well as selected Scriptures, we will set up this entire series by getting people focused on this idea of life as a journey.

In this section of Luke 15, we are confronted with a clarion call from Jesus to experience the rescue efforts by volitionally identifying with one of two primary characters in this story-while at the same time avoiding becoming like the third character.

The woman in this story most likely represents the Church who are called to not only join God's heart and mind when it comes to how we view the world around us, but actually become part of the rescue efforts to find and brings home lost people to Christ.

What you are going to find over the next few weeks is that God still has a huge agenda for your life in now joining Him in the search and rescue of others who need to be found as well.

God's Presence and power in our life enable us to overcome our scarcity mindsets and truly think abundantly.

Contentment in a Christian's Life

How to stand up to the giants you will face this year.

This message focuses on hope and encouragement for 2009.

Once you understand that God chooses to use ordinary people and that His redemptive Kingdom is still just as much alive as it was 2000 years ago, you can't help but realize that God might want to use you as well!

There is a very important overriding theme of this passage-it's one of the primary things going on here that affects many of us today in our walk with God. It is that even very godly men can struggle with doubt.
