This week I'm back talking with Filipa Rodrigues Abreu after her first professional kick boxing fight. Her fight took place Saturday March 29th as part of "Rage in the Cage 28" in Rochester NY. We're breaking down what happened in the fight, how she felt going in to the cage and if she will be headed back any time soon.

This week I'm back talking with Filipa Rodrigues Abreu. I met Filipa a few years back when we were looking for a house in Rochester. As I got to know her I realized Filipa really does it all. She's acted and directed, she’s a real-estate agent, but lately she's been tapping into other sides of her creativity by perusing stand-up comedy and kickboxing. Last month she sent me the flyer for her first professional fight. So I needed to catch up with her and talk to her about what got her in kickboxing and what made her want to pursue her first professional fight. This is a two part episode the first is before the fight and the next episode will take place after her fight.

This week I’m back in NYC talking to artist and graffiti writer Zimad. It’s been 3 years since my last podcast with Zimad. We’re discussing how he got started as a graffiti writer back in 1979. As well as how he continues to reinvent and challenge himself as an artist after over 40 years of creating.

It's the week before St. Patrick's day and I'm back in NYC talking to my favorite Irishman, Lionel Carter. This time we're talking about Lionel's love of Guinness. He loves it so much he has it on tap in his basement bar. I brought along some other stouts to challenge Guinness as we discuss its history and other shite.

This week I'm talking to Corbin Abramson, owner and operator of Frank's Chop shop and Capacity in Rochester NY.  We're talking about how he came about opening this location of Frank's Chop Shop which started in the Lower East Side of NYC. His other store Capacity which is located in the back of Frank's Chop Shop, and the month art shows and events that he puts on in the store.

This week I'm talking to artists and curators Matt Vanderlee and Nick Koch. Were discussing their up coming exhibition entitled " Thawww" that they are co-curating with a few other artists which opens Friday March 7th at The Yards in Rochester NY. This is the third year of the exhibition. We're discussing how the show started and how it's changed over the years as Matt has brought in new curators each year to work with him.

This week is the 4th and final clip show for my fake ads. Over the past two years I've been making advertisements for fake sponsors at the end of each episode. They are ridiculous but it's been a fun part of this project.
