After waiting a long time for it to be released, Jill and Caryn are finally able to watch POLAROID (2019; Dimension Films, BenderSpink, Eldorado Film, Vertigo Entertainment). For some reason, our hosts feel quite a bit of singing is necessary to properly review this film.

Jill and Caryn kick off 2020 with THE HOLE IN THE GROUND (2019; Savage Productions, Bankside Films, Head Gear Films, Metrol Technology, Wrong Men North). We had to cut out over 10 full minutes of laughing at stupid jokes about holes, but we left you with plenty of nonsense.

In search of some holiday horror goodness, Jill and Caryn watch ANNA AND THE APOCALYPSE (2017; Blazing Griffin, Parkhouse Pictures, Creative Scotland, Black Camel Pictures). We discover that the magic combination for getting both hosts on soapboxes at the same time is horror + musicals.

In our first official "listener request" episode, Jill and Caryn recap and review the classic film, WAIT UNTIL DARK (1967; Warner Bros.). They disagree on how scary it is, but agree that Roat is an epic villain worth watching again and again.

Our hosts are perhaps too eager to discuss various bodily functions as they review SCARY STORIES TO TELL IN THE DARK, the film that brought to life some of the creepy stories that traumatized them in their younger days.

Jill and Caryn catch the latest entry in one of their favorite horror film franchises with ANNABELLE COMES HOME (2019). Jill loves the soundtrack so much that she pulls a Patrick Wilson and sings part of it.

Our hosts find an unexpectedly entertaining gem in Hulu's LITTLE MONSTERS (2019; Made Up Stories, Protagonist Pictures, Snoot Entertainment). They laughed all the way through this zombie comedy and all the way through the review.

Continuing their marathon, Jill and Caryn watch THE HAUNTING (1999; DreamWorks presents, Roth-Arnold Productions). Their opinions on the movie's fun rating differ more than ever before, and Jill figures out the secret to loving a not-great movie for life.

Jill and Caryn compare and contrast the 1963 version of THE HAUNTING (An Argyle Enterprises Production) with the Shirley Jackson novel on which it was based, "The Haunting of Hill House." It's a little hard to focus with that handsome Dr. Markway running around their heads, but they muddle through.

Our hosts finally record their love letter to DARKNESS FALLS (2003; Revolution Studios, Distant Corners, Blue Star) by recapping, reviewing, and shredding apart one of their all-time favorite horror movies while revealing that neither one is very good at math.
