They also talked with a special guest and NCF Rapid City member, Tessa, about her beautiful testimony and how God has worked in her life. She mentions how even when she felt she was gleaning (to gather “scraps” after a harvest) like Ruth, it was exactly where God needed her to be.

It is during our biggest trials and deepest valleys where God shows us just how real He is. Jesus is so good and so faithful to us even when we choose to turn back to our Moab. Through listening to both Tessa’s story and how God worked through Naomi, Ruth, and Boaz’s life, we can know that God’s will for our life is so much better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Although the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy (1 Peter 5:8-9) we have a much bigger, greater, and stronger God who enables us to fight back. For nothing can separate us from the love of God, and because of this, we can know that victory is ours through Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35-39). Praise the Lord for that, friends. We love you and are praying this episode can be a blessing in Jesus’ name. 

Please know that this Scripture ministered to us, as we are currently working through this. Our hope is that it ministered to you as well. We are all human and fall short of the glory of God, but because of His grace, we can always strive to live a life that honors Him.
