Episode 1: A walk down (medical school) memory lane

Scrubbing Out is hosted by fourth-year medical students, Ash Andreou and Shelby Davis-Cooper. Scrubbing Out explores how medical trainees cope and evolve throughout their training. Through interviews with students, residents, and attending physicians (and their friends, family, and partners), we want to help people and institutions figure out how to scrub into the best parts of medical culture and out of the worst. In our interviews, we hope to share stories, explore vulnerability, foster empathy, create wellness best practices, and develop a shared understanding between patients and physicians.
