SDFF Presents... Go Team Venture

A quick heads up: at around the 7:30 mark I've cut out some nasty microphone noise so there's a slight jump in the conversation (you'll know when you get there!). Join us as we discuss the disappointing drop in momentum after the first two episodes of Season two, Andys love of Hunter S Thompson and haunted sexual awakenings.

We return for a rare live show in 2020 with a special guest in tow - Richard Marsh (The Mystery of History, Review to a kill) Venture Bro's virgin joins us this episode. After an opening focusing on the worst news of 2020, we turn our attention to the episode 2 of season 2: Hope floats.

We start season 2 with gusto - join us as we talk about what most fans feel is the real start of Venture Bro's. This week we discuss, the moe serialised direction of the show, how season ones cliffhangers were tied up, and the abundance of prison rape jokes in the early 2000's.

We have reached the end of season one! Join us as we discuss the shocking finale to the opening season, and ruminate on how different it was originally waiting several years for season 2. We also talk about innapropriate language, the joy of continuity, and who exactly the titular Venture Bros are.

We get the classic twelth episode itch and shakle up the show format. Gone is the labourous recap of the episode and is a new sleek way of discussing the Venture Brothers. This episode join us to find out if too much Monarch is too much of a good thing.

Join us this week as we dive deeply into the college history of several beloved Venture Bro's characters as a common foe places them all in peril. Meanwhile we are also introduced to the original (now octogenarian) Team Venture.

We hit a bottle episode this week on Go Team Venture. We suffer the crushing realisation that the Monarch isn't always a guarantee of quality, and discuss the wealth of pairs of characters this show has created.

What do you get if you mix two hairy men with a government enforced quarantine and an intolerable heatwave? Why the latest episode of Go Team Venture of course! Join us as we discuss Episode nine of the first season - Are you there God? It's me, Dean.

Apologies for the audio quality this episode, choppy Skype recordings and scratchy quarantine beards do not mix. Join us as we discuss feeling the joy of finally receiving a Monarch minute.

After six episodes of Andy talking it up, we finally reach Ice Station Impossible! Join us as we discuss whether some of the episodes jokes have aged poorly, the incredibly overt Marvel references and learn the merits of research.
