SDFF Presents...Archive

PSA: We lost 2 minutes of the second half of this episode due to a very high pitched whining - to protect your ears I have removed this. When you hear a clock ticking you know we've jumped forward two minutes! But theres still plenty to enjoy: Andy and Steve learn about horse racing! Pubes! And a discussion on the Celiac GT.

After a slight delay thanks to our hosting provider we bring you your previously scheduled Mystery of History. This week we discuss Hollywoods casting near misses throughout the history of cinema.

Public Service Announcement: This episode includes strong coarse language from the start. Seriously. Andy use the C-word. A few times. And Rich does too. But if you can struggle through my potty mouth you can find out definitively if beach footwear, old media types, robotic aquactic mammals, and drug-mule kitties, are indeed Star Trek.

This week Steve shows us a lot of one of his nipples (for context at one point he is sat with just a blanket covering him); and converses about the swamp murders, foul mouthed children, and fine fine baked goods.

This week Rich talks us through three segments about famous historical misconceptions. This is of course only after we get the pre-requisite daddy-gardener discussion out of the way.

Public Service Announcement: Andy is not a scientist, Andy is not a politician - take his rambliings on Coronavirus as less than expert! That said he (along with his co-hosts Steve and Rich) is an expert on judging if things are Star Trek. This week: We discuss holiday homes, the ancient art of the ninja, and discuss what may be the greatest story they have ever covered.

Extreme heat, and Covid/work related business make for two very tired men returning to have a conversation with Steven Pye. Fingers crossed audio quality should improve soon as we edge closer to being able to record in one room again.
