He is a transgendered individual who Mattell decided to model a Barbie doll after. Sean plays a clip of NBC’s The Today Show where he reveals his new doll to the public and explained to the world that they have permission to act as an adult child, play with dolls & dress-up like a mirrored opposite of themselves.
