Fair to say Seany is in a bit of trouble for this so called "fun run" that he has committed to in a few weeks.  He checked in with his running coach/fitness guru Sam Wood who Seany is running with and apparently Seany thought he was doing the 5k event, not the 14k Run!!!

Seany announced to the Goulburn Valley this morning the name of his Beer! 

For those that have just joined us, Seany had the idea of making a home brew.  Then he got invited by Social Bandit Brewing Company to make his own batch, it's a Pale Ale and it's currently brewing.  He asked the GV for name suggestions and a decision has been made!

So the Pale Ale is brewing! Seany popped out to see Jeff and the team at Social Bandit Brewing Company in Mansfield and believe it or not Seany actually got his hands dirty! Have a listen to see what Jeff thinks of the beer so far.

Seany was fantasising about making a beer, his own beer.  Initially he had the idea of making a home brew.  He rang the guys at Social Bandit Brewery Company in Mansfield to get some advice, they ended up inviting him down to have a go at making his own beer this week!

Seany checked in with Scott who was in Benalla and about to jump on the bike for Day 4 of the Puka Up 2019 Grand Tour. Scotty had a real tough day yesterday but pushed through with help from his mates, and that's what Puka Up is all about.  Having a chat with a friend and checking in on them, Scott needed help and he got it!

There was loads of suggestions as to what business should jump into the green vacant building opposite the radio suggestion.  Seany has got his Top 3 suggestions!

Ben the boss man popped into the studio for a chat about iphones and their ability to track where we are, at all times! Seany may or may not sneak down to the local for a beer on his way to "getting stuff for dinner" and now his and Charlotte's iphone can track him, bugger.

Seany spoke to Wayne Schwass about the upcoming 2019 Grand Tour.  

It's all about suicide prevention. Alarmingly, 3,128 Australian’s took their life in 2017, the equal highest recorded rate in the past decade. That’s an average of eight Australians every day.

Wayne, Scotty Cummings and a bunch of ex AFL players will be riding 2,000 kms over ten days and Seany had a yarn with Wayne to see how everyone is shaping up.
