The Head to Head walk came to a close this week in Wangaratta.  Two men on an incredible journey starting from opposite sides of the state and meeting up finally after 1000km on foot.  Have a listen and find out why this was more than just a walk.

American musician Scott Hildebrand was hitchhiking from Brisbane to Byron Bay and got picked up by Chris Hemsworth. They then jumped in a chopper and made their way to Byron Bay! Seany spoke to Scott about his amazing experience.  Scotty even played a bit of a tune on air for Seany and agreed to help out with Seany's new band.

Seany spoke to Nutritionist, Naturopath and Chiropractor Dr Damian Kristof this morning about getting into shape after a lazy winter & also touched on health "fads" like paleo, vegan and Kombucha and there's some interesting stats on how many people stick with things like - Vegan. 

Somehow Seany managed to throw Grill'd  and Four N Twenty Meat pies into a wellness discussion!

Bruce stopped by for a yarn with Seany about Oztober and the old days in Kids in The Kitchen and also his current local music involvement.

Bruce Curnow is a drummer from 80's aussie band Kids in The Kitchen and calls Shepparton home, he popped in for a chat with Seany this morning.  Bill copped a half ass apology from Seany about the ironing pillowcase thing and apparently if your a tall husband that's a good thing.

Acting Inspector Dean Williams was in the chair today to discuss burglaries in Mutrchison and Ardmona as well as the Head to Head Walk which arrives in Shepparton this Saturday.

Let's face it there's some tricky town names to pronounce around the Goulburn Valley, Seany got Benny in the studio for a little test and to be fair to Ben, he did pretty well.

Seany discovered Billy irons his pillow cases, what? Yep, fair dinks.  Seany threw it to the GV and suprisingly others are doing this as well, madness.  Whilst calling his Mum he discovered his Dad's unique answering machine message, is Ray indian? Irish? 

Seany tested out the new boss Benny with some a town pronunciation game and Seany ain't happy with Channel Nine's Postcards featuring the same towns each week. Come to bloody Mooroopna would ya!

Seany caught up with local Jess Holmes for a chat about her upcoming 20km walk raising funds and awareness for Very Special Kids.  She got a lot of support during tough times from Very Special Kids and still gets ongoing support after the loss of her son Henry 5 years ago.  She wants to give back and make sure other familes get the same treatment.
