Today on the show I talk to the sketch comedy group Floodward (Megan Ward and Taylor Flood). We talk about their writing process, why they made me laugh, and armor with boob holes. We also figure out what the groin is. Fun chat. You can catch them performing at Improv Boston for Battle Royale on January 14th and like them on facebook at facebook.com/floodwardcomedy

Today on the show we are joined by Brian Thompson @BrianThompy the hosts of my favorite podcast at the moment called "Whatever Happened to Pizza at McDonalds" @PizzaAtMcds and sketch comedy writer/actor at the Upright Citizens Bridage. We talk about journalism, hot dogs, and pizza. We discuss his podcast, podcast networks, and advertising. We also hear a very touching train story. See him the second Tuesday of every month at UCB Sunset with his sketch team "The Bus." The kickstarter is here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/221861812/whatever-happened-to-pizza-at-mcdonalds-tries-mcds and the podcast is here: https://soundcloud.com/pizzaatmcdonalds

Today on the show is Penny Oswin. We talk about her new stand-up and story telling show Penny For Your Thoughts holiday edition December 30th. It is a show that has to do with dating advice and basically I won love because I'm married, right? We talk about trains and dates and yelp reviews and Pokemon and Australia.

Brett and I talk about waking up in the morning. Exciting stuff.

In this episode I share my grandfather's favorite story with the help of a couple firefighters.

In this episode of the podcast I speak with filmmaker, member of Mister Bismuth, and my friend Jonathan Case (@bleak_moments). Jonathan listened to episode 100 and wanted to talk to me. We talked at length at what it means to be creative. We talk about the podcast and short film and happiness. Check out some of his films at https://vimeo.com/jrgcase

Today on the show I speak with @Yellowbirddd (Liam McCormack) who is back in LA after doing some time on the road with Robbery Inc, Psychic Love and Alison Weiss. We talk about how psyched he was to get a thumbs up from Marc Maron. I compare Liam to one of my favorite musicians Kevin Devine. We talk about our hometown Maynard and creativity.

Liam is trying to raise some money to make a full band album. Go to yellowbirddd.com/donate to donate and check out the perks. To listen to more of Yellowbirddd's music visit: http://yellowbirddd.bandcamp.com/

Another one of Matt's former bands (that he briefly mentions) was Tumultuous Load with former podcast guests Chris Frasco (Episodes 48 & 52) and and Liam McCormack (Yellowbird) (Episodes 47 & 57) and of course Alanna Royale herself was on (Episode 72).

A chat with my friends on the podcast about the podcast. Of course. Then it gets weird. Of course.
