It's been almost 12 years since Malaysia Airlines flight 370 vanished with 239 people on board after taking off from Kuala Lumpur bound for Beijing.

A new search to finally locate the aircraft is set to start today and run for 55 days in a remote part of the southern Indian Ocean.
