There has been almost an underground market for used gym equipment as people try to figure out how to survive.

Crossfit Nanaimo has moved to doing online group classes, to ensure their members are still sweating a few times a week!

One of the very best things about Crossfit is the sense of community, everyone is welcome at any stage in their fitness journey and encouraged to improve.

It was great to catch up with Alana and talk about how they've adjusted and how they may even include some virtual workouts in the future!

What perfect timing to chat to Sharon from Gina's Mexican Cafe

Gina's is one of our local restaurant's that have done a great job in adapting to change over the last 4-6 weeks.

- They are doing both take out and delivery with their OWN delivery driver.

- They've worked with their suppliers to bring in more good and set up their own grocery service for people in the community.

- And Sharon the owner commutes from Mudge Island every day!
