  • Don't Faint - God Isn't Finished! (Rewards and Restoration)
DON'T FAINT: GOD ISN'T FINISHED! What happens when following Christ costs you relationships, possessions, opportunities - or people you love? Jesus promised those who forsake things for His sake "an hundredfold now in this time" and "manifold more in this present time." Job lost almost everything. But that wasn't the end of his story. "The LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning." Don't let present losses produce self-pity. Don't faint in the middle of the story. There is a due season. There is a latter end. And there is a God who rewards, restores, and remembers every sacrifice made for Him. "In due season we shall reap, if we faint not." - Galatians 6:9

  • Devo 66: God's Burden for One Soul
The devotional emphasizes the immense value God places on individual lost souls, using the biblical account of Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch as a primary example. It illustrates that believers must remain obedient to divine direction, even when it requires interrupting successful ministries or personal schedules to reach those in need. The preacher shares a personal testimony of encountering a struggling young man to demonstrate practical application of this principle. The message encourages Christians to stay sensitive to the Holy Spirit's prompting and to share the simple truth of Jesus Christ with hurting individuals in their daily lives. Ultimately, it calls for a lifestyle of prayerful awareness and readiness to be used by God to bring others to salvation.

  • A New Heart for a New Faith
A NEW HEART FOR A NEW FAITH Luke 5:33-39; Hebrews 8:6-12 SUMMARY: In one of the more difficult parables to interpret, Jesus, in declaring the superiority of the new covenant over the old, seems to refer to the great divide between two systems, two groups of people, and two kinds of hearts. I. A DIVIDE BETWEEN THE NEW SYSTEM AND THE OLD. A. Old System: a dead external religion. B. New system: a spiritual relationship with God. C. The two systems: Incompatible. II. A DIVIDE BETWEEN FRIENDS AND ENEMIES OF THE BRIDEGROOM. A. The Pharisees. B. The Disciples of John. C. Jesus & His Disciples. III. A DIVIDE BETWEEN THE NEW HEART AND THE OLD HEART. A. A new mind & a new heart. B. A new understanding of God: C. A new freedom in Christ's forgiveness. KRETZMANN: "The piety of the Pharisees, the religion of works which they flaunted before the eyes of the people, on the one hand, and the doctrine of Jesus, the preaching of the free grace of God through His blood, on the other, will never agree. If one insists on wearing his old garment of self-righteousness and works, and then believes it possible to cover an occasional revealing sin with the Gospel, he will find but poor comfort. His heart is still bound up in the old garment, and he will only make the incongruity appear the more glaring. It is just as foolish to keep new wine, grape-juice in the early stage of fermentation, in old skins that have lost their elasticity. The result is disastrous: The skins burst, the wine is spilled. But new skins and new wine are perfectly suited to each other. The sweet Gospel of the forgiveness of sins by the mercy of God does not fit into carnal, Pharisaic hearts.

  • Whose Image Do You Bear?
Christians are bought with a price. It was a high price. Jesus Christ left heaven's glory and became a a man, a servant obedient unto death. He shed His blood to provide salvation for lost humanity. He was rejected by most of His own people. He is still rejected by most of humanity today. Those who are saved are few. Those who are saved must understand they must be different. They will not fight against who God has made them. They will embrace that and desire to grow in the Lord.

  • The Power of a Simple Invitation
Bible Reading: John 1:29-51 (Text v43-51) 1. The simple servant that was used. 2. The simple response to skepticism. 3. The salvation that resulted. The sermon emphasizes the effectiveness of simple evangelism by examining Philip's interaction with Nathanael in John chapter one. It highlights how a new believer can share their personal testimony without needing extensive theological knowledge or engaging in debates against skepticism. The central message encourages Christians to extend the straightforward invitation 'come and see' rather than complicating the gospel with arguments or fear of rejection. This approach relies on the power of Christ's divine revelation and grace to convict hearts, as seen when Nathanael moves from doubt to confession. Ultimately, the text urges believers to actively participate in reaching the lost through faithful, uncomplicated witness.

  • Ambassadors for Christ
This sermon outlines the believer's responsibility to share the gospel, drawing primarily from 2 Corinthians 5:14-20. The preacher identifies three key aspects of this duty: motivation through Christ's love, transformation into a new creation, and the role as an ambassador representing Jesus to the world. Emphasizing that salvation brings a radical change in perspective, the message urges Christians to live distinctively and actively witness to lost sinners. The central appeal is for believers to fulfill their obligation by presenting God's offer of reconciliation to others with urgency and integrity.
