First, The plaintiff and defendant were married, but the plaintiff says the defendant cheated on her several times throughout their relationship. She says her ex changed the account where their stimulus checks were deposited, and he took the money away from her and her son. She’s suing for stolen money. The defendant says he doesn’t owe her anything.

Then, The plaintiff says the defendant is her son, who’s a mama’s boy. She says he was arrested after his ex falsely accused him of assault and she bailed him out. He has yet to repay her, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says his mom is extremely controlling. He claims his ex is now in jail for the false accusation.
