Kadin alleges he was at The Lord's Ranch (known as Trinity Behavioral Health at the time) in either 2012 or 2013.  He tells stories of staff helping to orchestrate violent assaults on children they didn't like, and some of the staff being violent while simultaneously grinning and mocking the child they were harming.

It was all very disturbing. He also alleged that staff would incentivize kids for assaulting others with a points system. As sickening as it is, it's not surprising to hear. The company culture at The Lord's Ranch either brought out the worst in people or would gravitate child abusers to Warm Springs, Arkansas.
