Eight-year-old Robert Clarence "Bobby" Dunbar was on a fishing trip with his family at Swayze Lake in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana when he disappeared. After an eight-month search, a man by the name of William Cantwell Walters was found with a child who matched the description of Bobby Dunbar.

Walters claimed that this boy was "Charles Bruce Anderson" the son of a women who worked for his family, however the child made no inclination for or against these claims. If this was Bobby Dunbar, why wouldn't he say? If it wasn't then...
