As a former gang member and drug dealer, Bud's experiences with law enforcement, including incarceration, makes him uniquely qualified for a position bridging the divide between the Black community and the Rochester Police Department. With two recent shootings and one fatality, Bud talks about how the new Community Engagement Response Team is working to de-escalate conflicts and make the community safer.
