Chris and Ken continue the conversation this week with Olmsted County's Diversity, Equity, and Community Outreach program Manager, Sidney Frye II, who shares more of his personal background and family life, discusses why he chose to return to Rochester after college and how Rochester has changed over the past 25 years.
