Natalie prompts the group to talk about detaching their identity from the highs and lows of their ego. In the fourth episode, they discuss approaching situations from a place of unconditional belief in themselves and reflect on the improvements they’ve made through this process:

• Discussing where each person identifies on a 1-10 scale of how conditional their ego is.

• Learning to embrace negative thoughts and emotions so that they can come back to wholeness and complete tasks from an all-in place.

• A visualization exercise that helps them approach their goals from a place where they are willing to feel everything and not make projections of the past or future.

• Reflecting on everything they learned through this process and each person’s takeaways.
