We look at the Preseason friendlies and how they have gone, before moving on to a chat about our live show and the open letter from the chairman since then.

Part two sees Ali Maxwell join us from Not The Top 20 podcast to run the rule over the clubs signings and discuss what the season may have it store for us.

We end the pod looking at the two games coming up this week, away at Barrow, and Rotherham in the EFL cup.
