Jaden Sheffey joins Mike in this podcast for several segments. First he and Mike get into the Mariners postseason talk and get into the free agent talk going forward. Seahawks and Huskies talk follows, Roman joined of course for the Husky segment. Next Eddie Richard from DucksNPucks podcast joins the show to talk Kraken and Ducks hockey.

The gang is back! This time with a special Mariners postseason Game 1 recap! The Mariners are in the postseason and they finished beating up on the Blue Jays! Mike and DJ are there to recap and give their takes on the season recap as well. They then get into the recap on the Seahawks win over the Detroit Lions. No preview of the Seahawks/Saints game. Roman is back with Mike and the guys get over a UCLA loss, but get into the depth and ability the Huskies have and get into the preview of the Huskies/ASU game, which should be a blow out! Finally, Mark is back and unfortunately the Sounders have been eliminated from the playoffs.  The guys aren't too happy nor are they happy with the fans who criticize the players and the coaches. 

Seahawks and Mariners talk starts the show with Mike and DJ, they also get into the possibility of the Seahawks drafting a QB. Roman then comes on and both he and Mike are getting into the Huskies huge win over Michigan State, and the preview the Huskies/Stanford game. 

The Seattle Sports Diaries family gets a little bigger, with new co-host DJ Webb making his debut on the show. He will join Mike and talk Seahawks and Mariners from this point on. The show begins with Cigar Thoughts podcast host and writer for Field Gulls Jacson Bevens, and the gang talks about the Seahawks impressive 17-16 win over the Denver Broncos. They also get into the Russell Wilson boos talk, and give their previews for the Seahawks/Niners game. Next DJ and Mike talk Mariners, with the team on the verge of making the playoffs. Roman jumps on then to go over the Huskies win over Portland State and then he and Mike discuss the Michigan State preview matchup. Finally Mark is back and the guys talk Sounders. With just 4 games left the Sounders control their destiny! 

Short podcast. No Mariners, Seahawks, or Sounders segment. Instead we have Mike and Roman recapping the Huskies Week 1 win over Kent State and going over the preview of the Portland State game. Finally KHart is back and he and Mike get into both Ducks and Kraken preview. 

The gang is back after taking the previous week off. Mike starts the show off with Matt and Kyle from Around the Diamond podcast, they get to talking Mariners and their playoffs chances, as well as discuss the possibility of free agent targets for the team. Finally the guys get into the World Baseball Classic talk and discuss USA's chances at a possible repeat and who threatens that chance. After that Mike gets into the Seahawks QB choice and talks Russell Wilson and the comments he's been making. Next, KHart is back and he and Mike discuss video games! Weird yes? No! They talk about the EA NHL games and several sports games that haven't made changes to make the gameplay better or the gaming experience. As well as discuss the Kraken and Ducks and give a sort of preview to the season. Roman and Mike then get into previewing the first Huskies game. Finally Mark joins the show and he and Mike get into the downfall of the Sounders. 

The 100th show is finally here! What a show it was! Ernesto Lacayo dropped by right away and talked about his IFL career and potential XFL career. Marcus Trufant joined the show 30 minutes later to talk about his Seahawks career and growing up in a sports loving family. Next, KHart and Mike are joined by the Seattle Kraken ROOT Sports broadcasting team John Forslund and JT Brown to talk Kraken and to talk about the offseason the Kraken have had. Mario Bailey then joins the show during the Husky segment with Roman. They get to talking about his career at UW, the 1992 National Championship and his well traveled career. Sonics broadcaster Kevin Calabro joins Mike and they take a trip in the time capsule and talk Sonics and the possibility of the NBA coming back to Seattle. Finally Seattle soccer legend Alan Hinton joins the show with Mike and Mark and they get into his career as a player and coach and talk Sounders! What a show this was! 100 down and 100 more are to come!

To start things off, Mike gave his take on the Brittney Griner situation and voiced his take while also not stirring away from flipping off Russia. Next Mike got into the Mariners talk and their huge series win against the Yankees. UW commitment Kahlee Tafai joins Roman and Mike to talk both about his commitment to the UW and talk about his goals joining the team and life goals. Before Mark joins to talk Sounders, Mike lets us and the world know about his news. Two weeks ago Mike was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and in doing so he made the announcement that the podcast will not just focus on becoming advocates for mental health but also to spreading the awareness of testicular cancer. Finally, to end the show Mark and Mike get into the past weeks Sounders victory, and then give their takes on the final 13 games. 

The countdown to 100 is now at 3! 3 more shows to go! Matt is still out, but Chris O'Day from SodoMojo joins Mike to talk Mariners and the trade market. KHart and Mike then get going during a slow hockey week, but get into the talk of Adidas not making NHL jerseys anymore after 2023-24 season! Big chance for CCM to bring back the classics! Roman was able to join this conversation, but the conversation came down to the talk of hated players who deserve to be called "greats". Following that Roman and Mike get back into UW football talk. Finally Mark, who is now a permanent member of the SSD family, gets deep into analytics about the loss and win for the Sounders in the past two weeks.
