Danny Vietti joins the show right away, he's hitting bombs on the golf course too! Danny, Mike and Matt get into the Mariners conversation and talk about the ump show. Gabe then joins the show to also talk Mariners. Gabe and Mike then get into the discussion of the USMNT and the Miles Robinson injury. Mike Benton from 93.3 KJR FM joins Mike to talk Kraken, review the first season and talk about the 2022-23 season. Finally Gabe is back with Mike and boy do they have nothing but positives to talk about! Sounders winning the CONCACAF title and previewing the possible USMNT World Cup.  

WE ARE BACK! Emily Nyman from Breaking Balls Podcast joins Mike at the start to talk all things baseball! Gabe is back once again talking CONCACAF League Finals for the Sounders. Finally KHart is back! He and Mike are talking Matty Beniers and Kraken hockey!

Brad Buckingham joins Mike and talks Mariners baseball and Julio Rodriguez. KHart is back talking Kraken and the future of Seattle sports. Gabe joins the SSD family to talk Sounders soccer and US Men's National soccer. Finally Dylan from ZagsTalk joins the show to talk about both the success and unsuccessful NCAA tournament and tournament run the Gonzaga Bulldogs have had. 

Our first Sports Diary mini podcast! Mike gets into the upcoming 2022 season and the Mariners/Astros rivalry and what it means now! 

Well, the gang is back once again! The football segment is back and boy did Mike and Riley have A LOT to catch up on. Kyle Corwin from "The 3-0 Take Podcast" joins Mike to talk Mariners and possible trading blocks. Finally KHart joins Mike to catch up on Kraken and Ducks hockey. Neither were happy about what's going on with the teams, they also talk about trades that could go down!

The SSD gang is back, no football segment though. Mike is joined right off the back by our buddy Danny Vietti from CBS Sports, Nate joins about 5 minutes in. KHart then comes on and Mike and he don't really get into hockey since there wasn't much to talk about. Jackson then comes on and gives his preview on the LA Galaxy game along with the upcoming CONCACAF match the Sounders have. Finally, Mike gets into the Russell Wilson trade.
