Top Chef fans rejoice! Season 15 winner Joe Flamm (@insta.flamm) is on the pod today. In addition to his Top Chef glory, Joe is the founder of Day Off Group, the restaurant team behind Chicago's award winning restaurants Rose Mary, Il Carciofo and BLVD Steakhouse.
