Authorities say a second sheen was spotted on the Mississippi River in the northern Twin Cities metro area yesterday.

And the Minnesota State Fair opened this morning, and visitors are getting the first tastes of the new foods. Fairgoers joined long lines at Lulu's Public House to try the new deep-fried ranch.
