Secrets To Saving Money

Us British people stereotypically like to keep quiet if things go wrong - but this isn't the right thing to do.

Complaining to brands should be more common, as we all are protected under to consumer rights act to get what we pay for.

Complaining can result in free items, a total refund or even compensation - so it could pay off in spades.

On today's episodes, I have Helen Dewdney (The Complaining Cow) to walk us through her top tips for complaining to brands.

Have you ever scrolled through Facebook Marketplace, eBay or Shpock and seen something being sold for dirt cheap?

Those items are out there, underpriced and ready to be snapped up. And if you get there first, you can resell it for its actual value to turn a small profit.

I've been reselling video game bundles, and recently made an £80 profit on one I picked up from Facebook.

In this episode, learn the tips of where to look, how to find bargains, and the best places to sell.
