Secwepmc Women's Warrior Society member April Thomas discusses her trip to Geneva, Switzerland to provide dialogue for the United Nations and upon her return was violently arrested for standing in defence of the land; one of the very abuses that was brought forward to the Convention. TMX has no place and affects the daily traditional life of the Secwepmc and all living things around, and will do so for the next seven generations.
