Welcome to Day 17 of ADHD Awareness Month 2016.
Listen, as my guest shares how she keeps her busy family of 5 on track, organized, and on time.
Spoiler alert -->> No electronics involved!
CRISTINA'S AWESOME QUOTE:
"Every single day we are thinking, what the heck am I forgetting?"
As Cristina puts it, keeping her daily planner is her failsafe. She knows all too well the ADHD MO...of going around each day wondering what has been forgotten, waiting for that shoe to drop.
She also shares her favorite Mom calendar by Sandra Boynton. It's available on Amazon!

In a short amount of time, my guest and I cover a lot of ground on Day 14 of ADHD Awareness Month.
As an educator, she's concerned about what information is out there on the internet for kids to see when they log on.
Because there's so much misinformation easily available, it is worrisome that the stigma will continue to negatively impact children as they become aware of or are diagnosed with the condition.
She's also an adult with ADHD. Her point? She was a kid with it and she grew up, but was only recently diagnosed.
KANISHA'S AWESOME QUOTE:
"This is still rather new to me as far as really diving in and getting to know about this wonderful gift that makes me who I am."
