Shar and I met by "chance" a month ago at the Tuesday morning Founder's Hike in Kelowna, BC when I went to interview Dan Martell 🏔️

Fortunately, I happened to be one of those people, and had the privilege of learning about her incredible story going from 25+ years in IT Project Management, to quitting her job, taking a leap of faith, and betting on herself ⚡️

Had a coaching call today with a young professional working in the family construction business, looking to make his way into a sales role. The owner (his dad), has kept him in the field the last 4 years to earn his keep.

He’s hungry and eager to break into sales, with a deep rooted “Why” of what it will mean for him. And it had been months since the last conversation. So, we devised a plan to execute within the week.

As the great Zig Ziglar once said:“You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want”
