Hanging out with my friends.
Most people don't have the grit to see their goals through to completion. They are typically unaware of what it takes to carry out the small steps necessary to accomplish them. Their grand goals are mostly set amidst a "good feeling", but they never give a thought to how they might draw the map on how to get there during the harder times. Just like GPS in your car, a well-thought-out road map to your goals helps you automate your goals when times might not be as beneficial or positive.
It's easier to set long-term life goals because you typically have an "out" to not accomplish them. The short-term accountability of the goal just isn't there. On Monday, I'm going to talk about how to set small 30 days goals to set you on a habitual road to success in anything you want to accomplish. #SEEJEPP

You can be confident and secure in your existence. Insecurity is nothing more than feeling unsafe in a situation. Therefore, no matter what the world may tell you, it’s OK to be insecure. It’s OK to feel unsafe. The key is to remain calm and become aware so you can work on being completely whole and free. The difference between a confident person and an un-confident person is the ability to admit where you are inside. Are you ready to be vulnerable enough to admit your insecurity to yourself? To be confident enough, to be honest with what you’re dealing with? Are you struggling to break through the shame, pride, and pressure to work on your insecurity? Well, this is for you…
Mark Ohrenberger, the drummer of the band Snew in Los Angeles, CA happened to be doing some work around the office in Coeur d'Alene putting out a really positive vibe. So I decided to do a little social experiment and randomly invite him to rant a bit on the podcast. Mark brought the energy and talks about how he looks at the world, navigates problems, and the legacy he wants to leave. I hope you enjoy his amazing attitude as much as I did. #SEEJEPP
Let's explore the pursuit of what you are from the understanding that you are not your mind, body, and heart. We have learned that you are not your thoughts, physical addictions, and emotions. You are also not your pain and experiences through your senses. You are something more. Have you ever considered that the source of all life is still inside you? Let's pull back the curtain that many are afraid to open and see who's behind it.
