I have a story I have written about myself. One of the things in my story is that I am a man who surrenders the attachment to result. This process is one of the most difficult but rewarding practices I've ever pursued. The biggest discovery that I've had is that I have actually attached myself to the results of this concept and have become aware that my mind has tricked me. It has created an idea or system that it will attach itself to. Even 'letting go' itself.
Conclusion; it's time to let go of letting go.
Other things I talk about in this episode are:
When we grow up, we come to a realization that we really have no idea what we're doing.
Confidence is the expectation of being treated well.
Emotions create thoughts. These can be worked through.🎙 All my podcasts are available in audio form on Spotify, Apple, and other podcasting platforms. Just search 'Seejepp'
