Professor Gary Schwartz of the University of Arizona at Tucson is a rock star in the field of afterlife communication research, and he is a delightful guest. He talks about his interest in supersynchronicities as signs from Spirit, and he tells us more about his soul phone research and how and when direct electronic communication with the dead is going to be broadly available.

N. Riley Heagerty's Portraits from Beyond tells the fascinating story of Elizabeth and May Bangs, who were among the most prominent American physical mediums of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. They are most famous today for their ability to make full-color portraits of the dead appear on blank canvases, a phenomenon called "precipitated spirit painting." All of this was possible at a time when mediums were able to develop to an extent that modern distractions seem to make almost impossible now.

Kelvin Chin has been teaching people to overcome the fear of death for more than 30 years. His book, Overcoming the Fear of Death, outlines the four approaches that people take to thinking about death, and how we can overcome the kinds of fears that each approach tends to raise in us.
