Happy #SeekTheJoy Tuesday! On the podcast this week is Elycia Rubin - mom, wife, writer, editor, producer, author of No Biggy!, blogger behind WhatI'mLoving, and honestly guys, that's just scratching the surface! Sharing what she loves is a huge source of joy for Elycia.
On today's episode we chat about where Elycia's incredible career began and how working in a creative environment gave her the motivation and courage to pursue her own ideas. We chat about finding joy in the art of discovery and how Elycia's passion for sharing the things she loves inspired her to launch her blog, WhatImLoving. We also have a meaningful conversation about practicing mindfulness, recognizing the beauty around us, growth mindset, and experiencing joy through finding gratitude in all of the things we often times overlook. Elycia shares with us her daily mantras of JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out) and No Biggy! (which also happens to be the name of her empowering children's book), and SO much more!
To learn more about Elycia, you can find her on whatimloving.com and on Instagram @elyciarubin and on Facebook @whatimloving

Happy #SeekTheJoy Tuesday! This week's episode is a SOLO episode and I'm chatting all about showing up and being transparent. In order to talk about showing up - when it's hard, when it's difficult, when it's the last thing we want to do - we have to first talk about transparency.
No one always has it together and no one always knows what we're doing. The truth is - we're faking it until we make it and that's okay. When life gets tough, it's easy to look at someone else and what they're doing and say "ugh! Why is it so easy for them?! Why is life unfolding so effortlessly for them!?"
When you're having a hard time, and you're looking at someone else, and you're thinking that it's flawless and beautiful and its all come easy to them - look at where you're at and how much you're putting into your dream. Look at where you're at and how much work you're putting into manifesting the reality that you want for yourself, because it's the same for them too.
A lot of things don't come easy, and that's okay - they're not supposed to. Because as you're working towards your goals and dreams, you're shaping and molding yourself into becoming the person that you're meant and supposed to be at the moment that those dreams and realities actualize.

SURPRISE!! We've got a bonus episode this week (super spontaneous by the way). I share a story about this really powerful conversation and encounter that I had Thursday night at yoga, and it's all about standing in your truth, why we need to stop qualifying our truth, and how teachers in our lives show up when we least expect them to.

This week's episode is a SOLO episode and I'm chatting all about adulting, why we need to dream (and dream big!), the three big fears that dominate my inner dialogue, and why it's time to call BS on the excuses that we make for ourselves that allow us to stay in fear . . . and knock it off. (Like, ASAP)
I also share what's been going on in my life, what's new in the world of #SeekTheJoy, and so much more!
